The Not for Profit Managers’ Toolkit training

What is it? A series of 6 masterclasses designed to give not-for-profit managers high level skills in people management, personal effectiveness and change management. The six masterclasses form a comprehensive ‘tool kit’ – but each stands alone, focussing on a key skill.

Who is it for? Anyone tasked with managing others, getting the best from team members, guiding colleagues through difficult times, maintaining morale and helping people face demanding professional challenges. That includes chief executives, project managers, team leaders, fundraising managers and trustees.  

When and where?  The masterclasses will be held in Newcastle upon Tyne at the HQ of the Community Foundation for Tyne and Wear and Northumberland, Philanthropy House, Woodbine Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 1DD.  They will take place between May and November 2017.

How much? To book on any individual module is £75.  If you book on the whole 6 day programme we will offer a £60 discount (total cost £390).
